Hi Mp. And may I add – in order to get your essential daily requirements you simply need to drink a glass of Monavie acai juice each morning. No more pills or supplements, it’s all in one. What baffles me is that we tell so many people about Monavie, and so few go on to use it. Are they thick? Does lack of essential nutrients cause permanent brain damage? “But its too expensive, I cant afford it…” Rubbish! The price of a cup of Starbucks coffee? Yet people happily spend that and more on drinks, wine, cigarettes, chocolates, hairstyles.. and countless other useless stuff which does nothing to improve their health and wellbeing. And when they get ill - what does that cost? They just don’t get it. The juice is GOOD for them. Why is that?
I have learned a few things since then, as I am pretty much clueless about weight loss programs.
1 - My BMI index is 26.7 and it should be no more than 24.9, this means I should lose between 10 and 15 lbs to be in good shape. http://fnic.nal.usda.gov/interactiveDRI/dri_results.php
2 - There are 3 ways to lose weight: Water, Muscle, Fat. The only good way to lose weight is to lose Fat. It recommended to work out and lift weights to avoid losing muscle mass during the diet. Also it is recommended to check the Fat loss by using a tool called Accumeasure (costs $5.00 on Amazon).
3 - The trick is not only to lose weight but it is to not REGAIN the lost weight. I guess I will have to leave it there since it only my 3rd Day of the program.
Breaking News: For Weight Watchers: All fruits and most vegetables are point-free (or free of PointsPlus, as the new program is called). Processed foods, meanwhile, generally have higher point values, which roughly translates to: should be eaten less: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/04/nyregion/04watchers.html?pagewanted=1&_r=1
The two pillars of good health are Exercise and Diet.
